WOYWW 140 - I'm Back....

Well, kind of back.  I can't do much crafting due to my DVT as it makes my leg ache (I craft on my bed so can only craft in short bursts).  I did some cuttlebugging, and the work in progress tray you can see above!

My B plate is now completely banana shaped but it still works somehow!  I've tried alternating turns of it when cutting/embossing but it's made no difference whatsoever LOL!

You will be seeing some of the creations I've made on the "WIP Tray" (Work In Progress Tray) as I put all the pieces together.

Enjoy!

Welcome back Karen! Now, why did I think your Cuttlebug was green? Love the banana shaped plate - could be an idea to have one on standby - mine cracked last week. Luckily I had a spare and wasn't running round the walls in frustration :) Happy WOYWW!

I'm chuckling at your banana shaped plate....think I'd go a bit banana shaped if I was squeezed through like that :-)

ps the clown doesn't have a clowns face cos it's based on Mr Tumble who doesn't have one :-)

Nice to see you again! My brother had a DVT four months ago, so I know how yucky the meds make you feel... Let's hope it's receding and you can be up and about again very soon..
I don't know why there aren't any nice moggy fabrics out there, it all seems to be about dogs. I've got two cats so would love to do some moggy items but haven't found a fabric that I like!

Glad to hear you can at least do a little crafting, even if it is limited. Hope your DVT will soon be a thing of the past. Take care of yourself (and your "B" plate). ## Maggie #91

Welcome back, oh oh oh DVT pain is a tough one, you're being very brave. Are you having to walk miles every day? My cuttlebug plate is a banana too, we muse deliver the top plate to the rollers at a different angle to other people. Who cares, so long as it works!!

Hope your DVT gets better soon but I did laugh at the banana shaped plate - hope it doesn't let you down.

Welcome back! That B plate is too funny, I'm glad I saw it though, or when mine went like that, I'd be all worried!

Happy WOYWW (on Friday!)

LOL I have never seen a B plate so bent, I have been through about 5 plates now, some broke. Hope your DVT gets better, my hubby had it as well and it took him 18 months to get rid of it, how did you get yours?

Late in the week I know-but obv u love your bug so much u sent it bananas! Mine must not have been used nearly enough cos it's flat...but I also think that if it was starting to bend my instinct would be to turn it over and pop it thru the other way.. Do yo do that ? Am I not supposed to do that? I'm not a great die/emboss expert TBH! Lol

Hi Karen. Nice to see you back. I'm glad you are managing to do a bit of crafting. I am the proud owner of a couple of banana plates too. It must just show that we really use our machines. Unfortunately they will crack in the end, but I keep going with them until they just disintegrate. And I have to say that I don't think turning them over now and then really made much difference.
