WOYWW 144

Here's the view of my Workdesk this week for What's On Your Workdesk along with many others who like to have a nosey at all the creative workdesks, craftrooms, tables, trays etc..you name it and we craft on it!

I craft on trays on my bed, it means I have to put my stuff away each time I use it, which helps to keep it all neat and tidy (apart from the bag of craft goodies I got for Christmas which I'm still working my way through!).

I'll be working on putting my new stamps away soon, but I get too distracted with the crafting at the time, but I will catch up with that.

I've been working on some new cards,  they are normally made using a scoring board, but I don't have one of those, so take pot luck with my trimmer - it seems to have worked well so far.

You'll be seeing the results of this trimming/scoring soon I hope!

Enjoy!

Looks very organised to me. I only tidy up when I am very, very tired at the end of the day - and then I wonder why I can never find anything! Crafty hugs from #86

Hi Karen - been making a birthday card in haste here and have just found time to WOYWW hop. Late as ever!

At times I think your crafting on a tray (or three) is a good idea - trust me, this place need a good sorting out although sorry, I am hanging onto my stamps :)

But, a big YES from me, I can't encourage you enough to start right NOW sorting your stamps out. It's a daunting task otherwise as you could see from the huge mess! So much easier to set up a system before you're totally swamped :)

Happy WOYWW!

I crafted on a tray when i had the flu recently and then I ended up using the picture on the tray as a backdrop to photograph my tag for the tag tuesday challenge.
Enjoy your week and your trays, at least you can move them.
Lynn :-)

Seems that your cards go to a good cause, which in turns makes you feel good when your making them doesn't it? as always, waving from the beautiful hills of North Carolina :)

I'm glad that the trays work well for you. Being creative really does help - in every aspect of life. Good for you! When I did beadwork I always worked on trays. I had a tray for several different projects. It was the perfect set up!

Have a great rest of the week!

Hugs,
Kay

The best thing about having a craft room is being able to shut the door on it and leave everything out, especially if you are in the middle of a project. The only time I work on trays is when we are away in the caravan, or if I do some cutting out while watching TV at night. I need my Ottlite and magnifier to function properly. Thanks for your visit this week. Have a good week. xx Maggie #8

I often write when sitting on my bed, but how do you manage crafting?! Well done you, you can't be a fidget-er like me, otherwise you'd always been losing your supplies, and you're clearly too organised for that, tee hee! Good luck with your work this week. Thanks for popping by my Pen Pot - have a good week and I'll see you on the WOYWW trail, Deb

I am amazed at how much you get done from your bed!
How are your legs...I think you are the girl with the blood clots DVT issue.

Prayers for a good recovery for you so you can get to all your other crafting goodies.
