My First Official "Snippets Card"....

Here's my first "Official Snippets Challenge Card".  I hope I've done everything that is required for it at Snippets Challenge at Di's place.

I used some snippets to make a 'quilt type' card with hand stitching.  I also used some snippets of mirror card when using the die cuts.  The gorgeous Thomas was a birthday present from Di so it seemed right to make him my first "Official Snippets Challenge Card"!!!

The only addition is some flat glittery dots - ideal for posting - doesn't make it mega expensive to send to the recipient!

Enjoy!

Thomas is very cute indeed and well done on your use of snippets, I think I should take note and do something with mine!

Thanks Redanne! It's a good way of helping the charities in my case as I don't 100% to the charity. It uses up all the little bits and helps others at the same time. Have fun!

Karen this is gorgeous. Welcome to the snippets playground. Just be careful with those darn pogo sticks!! Love the mirror card effect. I'm nearly always late for my entry, though I generally do have good excuses. Hugs Mrs A.

Super card Karen - love the patchwork quilt too! Be warned, Mrs A is not to be trusted - if you see her anywhere near the pogo sticks, move away! She's usually late due to getting into mischief - or the duck pond! Di x

I love the way you have put your snippets together on this card, even down to adding the stitches that h old them together. Definitely a classic snippets card. And the photo paper card is brilliant. Thank you for the tips on how to do that. I am determined to have a go at that. I like the way you said they turn out differently each time, just what we want. Thank you for popping in today, and for your lovely comments. xx Maggie
