WOYWW 194

Time flies, who believes we're already heading towards the end of February!?!?!  OMG!!!  I have a little list of cards to make.  One is secret and I can't show anything on here until it's done and delivered, the rest are in the process of being completed - even if some are still in my head and not a scrap (no pun intended!!) has been cut or stamped yet. LOL!

So as you can tell, for your WOYWW  delectation Easter has arrived on my little trays on my bed!!!  I've got another plan for a special card that is completely outside of my comfort zone i.e.e no cute animals or kitties.  I know, I know....who would believe I would be making one of those!

Thanks go to Julia for the wonderful cards you sent through, don't worry, they can all be used to raise funds for the charities.  They appreciate everything we can  make/take to them for their fundraising events.

My hands have been playing up a lot lately, so it's taking me a lot longer to get around to completing many cards.  Never give up is my motto!!!!

Enjoy!

Hello there. We used to make nothing but cute cards, and couldn't conceive of making anything else, then we discovered grunge, but we do still love cute. We make cards for various charities too, it's lovely to support them isn't it?

Thank you for visiting my blog and for your kind comments. My cards aren't nearly as wonderful as yours, but I'm learning... I am using a Silhouette Cameo. It cuts a 12x12 page or smaller, which is nice, and I'm finding it fairly easy to use. There are oodles of videos and tutorials on how to use it. I did purchase the upgraded software for it so that I could do more, well worth it at about $50, but I got a good deal for around $35. There are NO cartridges for this machine, you purchase single files from Silhouette.com (99cents each usually). With the software upgrade you can also use GSD and SVG files which are readily available. I buy SVG sets from Lettering Delights (about 10 for $5.00 or less)but there are freebies offered everywhere every day! I did have a machine that used cartridges but did not enjoy using it because you are so limited in what you can do. This is much more fun, and I hope I will be much more creative eventually! Good luck with your decision. I'm your newest follower.

Cute Easter chick card Karen.

In answer to your question on my blog post. The cat in a bra image is by Penny Black and is called UPLIFTING OCCASION . . . costs £9.39 from The Glitter Pot. I would send you some images, but unfortunately, I don't own the stamp . . . I was using up stamped images that were sent to me!
