Fab Freebie - Meet Chloe

SAY GOODBYE TO CHLOE!!
A NEW DIGI WILL BE UPLOADED SOON

Jimmy and Chloe have now been retired.
I was disappointed that only one person made cards with them, perhaps you might like to share your cardmaking talents with me and others next time instead.

Another wonderful image,...Thanks a lot for sharing your work with us...You are so sweet. God bless!
As you know being a crafter yourself, we all spend a lot of money on this craft.
so getting a freebie every once in awhile is a treat ... but i think ,if you make your freebies after a limit time in the store und take 2 or 3 dollar, this will be ok, or make some special digi´s,like anothers do, only for the store. so with your freebie a snek peek for the new stamp in the store.i think so becouse you make cards for the cancer charities and local hospices and this cost money ,so a 2 or 3 dollar stamp can help you to help another people. sorry but english is not my motherlanguage, but I guess you forgive me the spelling mistakes. I wish you many more creative years of inspiration!!

I agree with Snowbird. Set up a store and also offer a little freebie now and then. Maggie.

Well done Karen! Snowbird has a great way with words and I agree too!! Only thing, Chloe has been saved as a PNG, which is ok (ok for printing straght out onto whit paper/card) but if you want to save her like this you'll have to make sure there's no gaps (top of her arm) because she is completely clear, the 'PNG-ness' is all over her and not just round the edges. How do you draw her?
email me if you like. I'm still learning but anything to help a fellow digi-ist!!

Hi Karen

I don't fully understand what Lyn above has said about PNG-ness. But, I've just downloaded Chloe in case I miss her and Lyn is right about the gap - also there's a smudge on the bottom right of her top which would be a problem for me if I print her onto plain white card to colour in or paper piece :( Help please honey!

PS, I know she's a freebie so please don't think I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth! But I wanted to colour her and post her on my blog to publicise a bit for you. Di x

Hi Di - as it was only my second attempt, I didn't realise I'd smudged her! I've tidied Chloe up a bit, she now has no smudge on her top and her arm meets her top. Let me know if there's any other bits, now that I know my little people are liked, I'll make sure they're ready for colouring. I coloured Chloe and Jimmy last night, all I need now is some space to make them into a card!!! Glad you like them and look out for other freebies coming which I'm working on!

Di said...

Bless you honey! I'm frantically catching up on the dreaded ironing here but will make Jimmy and Chloe a priority ASAP! It would be great if some others also show their results :) Di x

Thank you! She is a cutie. I will try to get you a card using her. I do appreciate your generosity and would be willing to pay $2 of $3 for your work. :-D

She's a cutie-pie, thanks!!!!

Thank you for this cutie! I also make my cards for charity, and depend on freebies. I think you could offer them for sale ... but, please also continue with freebies, even if only for a few days before moving them to the store.

Jimmy is in the link below - and was a joy to work with. Chloe will be linked here ASAP, once household chores take a back seat! I don't think crafting and housework are exactly easy companions :)) Di x

Chloe is now linked! I had problems so you've got a thumbnail of her as well as the link to my blog where she's in all her glory! Di x
