WOYWW 173

Well I'm back, slowly but surely for WOYWW!!!  I've been making some "Thank You" cards, as I need to send quite a few to different people for their thoughts and kindness whilst I've been back in hospital again.

I also managed to do some stamping ready for more Rudolph cards.  I've missed this one, but at least I'll be catching up I hope!

One final thing, a lovely lady sent me lots of stamped images for my charity cards, and this was amongst them, it's not finished yet, but I'd love to know which stamp it is if any of you have it!  They are so cute and it's easy to make a batch of ones like this ready for the charities.

Sorry it's not much this time, but I'm taking it easy.  Stress isn't good for failing kidneys so I'm trying my best to reduce all stress, but it's not easy when the Hospitals keep changing my appointments around and confusing me LOL!!!

I can still laugh, which is the main thing, I've been in my wooden box a long time ago if I didn't have my warped sense of humour!!!

Have fun everyone and enjoy life!!!

Hi Karen - you are so right about a positive outlook on life no matter what. Keep it up my friend. Can't help with the stamp but I agree it is cute! Just letting you know your link isn't quite right on Julia's page. I got here though! WOYWW Hugs to you from Helen 83

Hi Karen

Have a thought here - am pretty sure the stamp you're wondering about is a Stampendous one from their Calendar Chicks collection. I only have the little bridal couple but have checked the Stampendous site out and the images are so similar it almost has to be one of their stamps. But, I can't find this particular one!! Not even on eBay :(

And another thing, you aren't too late for Rudolph Day - it runs until next Tuesday so there's still plenty of time :)

That's such a fun Christmas image - my favourite so far this year!
Keep smiling through all your ups and downs...easy to say, not so easy to do...but you sound like a really positive person and I agree with it being the real reason to keeping going in life.
Sending hugs and positive vibes,

Glad to see you back! Positive attitudes are a must in this crazy world! Difficult to reduce stress a lot of the time but keep your chin up! I have seen that image but I can't recall where. I wonder if it is one where the chicks are one stamp and the stars and holly are add-ons? I have several that are similar to that. Hope you have a great day and keep up with the warped humor...Vickie #87

Hi there Karen , just an idea re the image - you could always scan it and make a digi out of it - have done that before when a stamp is too big or too small for what I want.. just an idea.

In case you cant find it from anyone. Do the same with my fav. papers make them into digi papers and then can happily use them.

The curious things is some of them look better printed out as you can deepen or intensify the colour.
Pray you are soon back on deck and able to lift things and get back to normal generally!

Thanks so much for popping over and thanks for sharing ~ happy WOYWW! Shaz in Oz. x #21

Hi Karen, Thanks for your question. It is just the one die Spellbinders Rose Creations S5-050
It has six petal sizes and depending on which sizes you put together ,how many layers you use and how you curl or knead the petals will determine the design of the rose you make. Hope this helps. I also use a combination of promarkers, chalk, paints and inks to colour the petals with.
